Arriving at the Munich Trade Fair Centre by car
Address for the navigation system: Messegelände 81823 Munich
The exhibition center is located directly off the A94 motorway. Signs will guide you to the parking areas while you are on the motorway. Please note that access to the entrances is restricted during trade fairs. All parking areas open two hours before the start of the trade fair and close two hours after the end of the fair.

Getting to the Munich Trade Fair Centre from the main train station
From Munich Central Station you can reach the Munich Trade Fair Centre in less than 30 minutes.
The exhibition center is directly connected to the two subway stations Messestadt West and Messestadt Ost on the U2 line. From the main train station, you can reach the exhibition center in just under 20 minutes without changing trains. The U2 subway line towards Messestadt Ost runs directly to the Munich Trade Fair Center every 5 minutes from 4:00 a.m. to approximately 1:00 a.m., and Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn from Munich:
– take the S-Bahn line 2 to the Riem stop
– change to bus 190 towards Messestadt Ost
– Stop at Am Messesee to reach the West Entrance
– or stop at Messestadt Ost to reach the East Entrance
Getting to the Munich Trade Fair from the airport
The Munich Trade Fair Center is located 42 kilometers south of Munich Airport. Public transport and taxis take you directly to the exhibition center.
Public transportation
Directly beneath the central area of Munich Airport, you'll find the S-Bahn station for lines S1 and S8. S-Bahn trains toward the city center run every 10 minutes. Depending on the route, the journey takes between 45 and 60 minutes.
Taxi flat rate
The one-way journey takes approximately 35 minutes. Numerous taxis are available directly outside the terminals at the airport.
