General terms and conditions (GTC) for cooperation with guests/customers

Contractual basis for group, conference and room reservations

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all non-binding reservation requests as well as to group and conference bookings as well as hotel room bookings (by telephone, email or fax).

2. Booking/arrangement via

a) Every reservation is passed on to the hotel in question via plan2plan as an explanation messenger on behalf of the customer.
