General terms and conditions (GTC) for cooperation with guests/customers

Contractual basis for group, conference and room reservations

​

1. Scope

​

These general terms and conditions apply to all non-binding reservation requests as well as to group and conference bookings as well as hotel room bookings (by telephone, email or fax).

​

2. Booking/arrangement via plan2plan.de

​

a) Every reservation is passed on to the hotel in question via plan2plan as an explanation messenger on behalf of the customer.

b) The mediation through plan2pan.de is free of charge for the guest/customer. The resale of rooms booked on plan2plan.de is prohibited. In addition, the transfer of room contingents to third parties at higher prices than the plan2plan.de prices is not permitted. plan2plan.de reserves the right to block customer access in the event of a violation.

3. Accommodation contract and payment

​

a) The accommodation contract is concluded directly between the guest/customer and the selected hotel during the reservation. The payment method is agreed between the guest/customer and the hotel. All claims and obligations arising from the accommodation contract exist directly and exclusively between the guest/customer and the selected hotel. The accommodation contract is subject to the general terms and conditions of the booked hotel, which can be requested at any time from plan2plan.de.

b) The room reservation is made on the basis of an offer submitted by plan2plan.de and requires written confirmation from the guest/customer. The guest/customer then receives a final confirmation from plan2plan.de, which summarizes the accommodation contract that has already been concluded.

4. Reservation type

​

In principle, only guaranteed reservations can be made in the group and conference area, which are subject to separate cancellation conditions. The guaranteed reservation is maintained by the hotel throughout the night. In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival, the hotel may charge the accommodation and/or conference costs.

 

5. Changes and Cancellations

​

All changes and cancellations must only be made in writing (including by email or fax) and require written counter-confirmation from the hotel. Decisive for the The timeliness of the change or cancellation is when the notification is received by the hotel. Alternatively, without guaranteeing that the deadline will be met, the change or cancellation can also be sent to plan2plan.de for forwarding.

6. Data protection

​

The data entered by the customer is processed electronically by plan2plan.de. This data will only be passed on to the extent necessary for a booking. It will not be passed on for other purposes. Otherwise, the statutory data protection regulations are adhered to when collecting data.

7. Miscellaneous

​

All information has been compiled with the greatest care. However, no liability can be accepted for any errors in data collection or data transmission.

German law applies. Place of fulfillment is Hürth. For merchants or persons who do not have a general German place of jurisdiction, the place of jurisdiction is Hürth-Cologne. Otherwise, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
